Staff and rooms were exceptional, I loved that it overlooked street. Really nice building and rooms with nice decoration. The hotel had an amazing bar and an excellent restaurant.

it was an upscale hotel with a stunningly beautiful view. the place was a couple of blocks away from hanoi downtown. i loved my stay, just perfect 10/10.
